服务条款
1. Service Agreement
By booking a ride with REI Rental Pte Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. Our services include airport transfers, point-to-point transfers, hourly disposal, and corporate event transportation in Singapore.
2. Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST. Additional charges may apply for midnight pickups (11 PM - 6 AM) and peak season periods.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full fare.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup location and time. A 15-minute waiting time is included for standard pickups, and 60 minutes for airport arrivals (from flight landing). Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
5. Vehicle & Safety
All vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and fully insured. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
6. Liability
REI Rental shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the booking.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
